Do Not Focus on The Law of Attraction

The reason and answer to this is revealed in the following story. In a town far, far away there were two great big mansions with lots of servants to tend to the upkeep of the mansions as well as the masters. In the mansion to the south of town the master was very concerned about his servants. Every time he sent out an order to be done, he waiting and watched his servants as they ran around trying to accomplish his wish. He spent a lot of time engaged in questioning their every move. He wanted to know just how they were able to do their job and when they would get it all done. Most of his time pretty much was spend worrying if his servants were efficient enough and if they would ever finish their jobs accurately.

This made his servants slow and wasteful with their time. Every time he stopped them to inquire as to their next step, they had to slow down and engage him in his unnecessary worry. Sometimes this interfered with how well they were able to do their job.

At the other end of town the other master was astute. He was quite busy doing his job of running his household and also being a better master. He distributed his want list among his servants and trusted that they were efficient enough to get it done correctly. Everyday after distributing his list he was off to engage in whatever activity that called his attention. He never hesitated in his actions he joyfully filled himself up with his work and when he returned to his home everything he desired was done. His servants respected and admired him a great deal and they rewarded him by being prompt.

With each day, week and month he grew to be a better master. His life was filled with great activity which enhanced every single aspect of his life. Because he lived such an active life, he was joyful and very charismatic everyone was drawn to him. His servants recognized this and respected him even more for it. All the while on the other side of town the other master spends lots of his days frustrated and down and with each passing day, week and month he became run down and his servants took advantage of this.

Our focus of Law of Attraction works similarly. Too much emphasis is placed on the law of attraction and so little focus on being a great master. The more one focuses him/herself on being a great master the great influence that has on all other areas of life.

If you really want to change your life, focus more on becoming a great master, as a greater master you what you will attract will also be greater. Circumstances as well as people will match the new and greater person you have become. However if you focus all your attention on getting a particular thing done and you keep watching it and worrying about it, you limit your attraction power.

Make your list, trust that it will be done, then get on with your life. In the process of getting on with your life your desires are being taken care of behind the scenes.

Attract Your Ideal Partner

It\’s amazing how specific people can be about a new car or even a washing machine, yet still be hopelessly vague about what they\’re looking for in a new partner! Uh… tall, dark and handsome? Step 1: Identify the Qualities that Matter…
\r What are the qualities you\’re looking for in your ideal partner? Perhaps some of the following:

loving, demonstrative, intelligent, witty, sensitive, independent, reliable, committed, financially responsible, fun, spontaneous, romantic, compassionate, whimsical, spiritually aware, honest, open, faithful, sensual, tender, adventurous, athletic, passionate, creative, tactile, nurturing, generous, optimistic, considerate…

Take a moment now to brainstorm a list of the qualities that really matter to you in a partner. Some qualities may be what you have and appreciate within yourself, others may be completely different.

Then go through your list and choose the FIVE qualities that you consider most important. Select words that have meaning to you and evoke some sort of image or feeling along with them. Take your time with this and contemplate exactly what is it that your spirit yearns for in a mate.

Step 2: Describe Your Ideal Relationship…
\r Informed by your past experiences, answer the following questions as honestly as you can:
\r - How would you like your partner to behave towards you?
\r - How would you like to be with your partner?
\r - What would your ideal relationship look and feel like?
\r - What are your goals in desiring a new relationship?

Read back over what you\’ve just written, and distil it down into a few sentences that sum up what you are looking for in your ideal relationship. Include the key qualities you identified in the previous step. Play with the words until you have something that feels powerful and really captures what\’s in your heart. Pin the words up somewhere where you\’ll see them often, to remind you of this feeling, or read through them to yourself morning and evening.

Step 3: Test Drive It…
\r Once you\’ve found the words to describe your ideal relationship, the final step is to do a visualisation exercise to \”test drive\” it, as vividly as you can, to really see and feel how it would be to bring this into your life. To do this exercise, find a place and time when you will be able to relax completely and not be disturbed.

In doing a visualisation, you are simply asking your imagination to conjure up for you a sense of what it would be like to experience that which you desire. You may see pictures as you imagine this, hear sounds or discern scents, experience feelings in your body or perhaps just have a sense of knowingness. All of this is fine.

Once you are relaxed, imagine that you are now in your ideal relationship… In your mind, go through each of those five key qualities you identified as being the most important to you… How does a partner with those qualities behave towards you? What is your partner doing and saying? How does this make you feel? Take some time to imagine this in as much detail as you can.

Repeat this exercise as often as you wish, to affirm your desire to bring this experience into being now. The clearer you can be about articulating what really matters to you, and the stronger and more consistent your intent, the better the universe will be able to provide for you!

Do you know who you really are?

Mastering The Secret Science of The Law Of Attraction

By now I am sure you\’ve either seen the movie The Secret\’ or someone has recommended it to you. It has fast become the phenomenon that is sweeping the world selling thousands of copies of the book and DVD per day. It has been featured on OPRAH, Larry King Live and Ellen, as well as in Times Magazine, Newsweek and on CNN. There seems to be a global interest in the concept of deliberately creating the life you desire, a resurgence in spiritual principles as so many people are craving less struggle and wanting more joy, more health, and more money in their lives. The movies producer, Rhonda Byrne, has said that the idea of The Secret came from a book she was given by her daughter, entitled, The Science of Getting Rich, by Wallace Wattles written in 1910.

So what exactly is this secret science? It is the Law Of Attraction. And it is the most powerful of all the Universal Laws that govern our planet. To many of you ,this may be a new concept, to others, you might have read or known about it but were unsure how to apply it in your daily lives. Let me explain what the Law of Attraction is.

The Law of Attraction states that what you focus on you attract into your physical reality. Like attracts like. It states that our Universe is one infinite mass of dynamic, vibrating, energy that responds to our thoughts, and that matter is formed by the thoughts you think. Basically, thoughts become things. Whatever you think about you bring about. Wattles says in The Science of Getting Rich, A persons way of doing things is the direct result of the way he thinks about things. Every thing thats coming into your life you are attracting in your life and it is attracted by the images you hold in your mind. One of the reasons that this truth is resonating so deeply with so many of us is that we all know, on some level, that the Law of Attraction does work. We see the evidence of it in our own lives every day. Have you ever wondered why you seem to create the same jobs, the same relationships, the same money problems, and the same tiredness or lack of robust health over and over again. Now, you may say Im certainly not doing that consciously, but whether consciously, unconsciously or by default, the same problems keep showing up in your life.

I dont think I fully understood the Law of Attraction until someone explained quantum physics to me in very simple terms. This is how it works. Quantum physics, the study of the building blocks of nature, takes molecules and breaks them down to atoms and then breaks them down again to sub atomic particles. At this sub atomic point physicists have learned that everything is made up of energy, the same energy. This means the chair youre sitting in is energy, the bed you sleep on is energy, the car you drive is energy. YOU are energy operating in a larger field of energy. What is the difference between the chair, the bed, your car, YOU? It is the rate this energy is vibrating in.

Upon further investigation, science determined that our Universe and our reality are directed by something called the observer. The Observer Effect was discovered when two scientists, given the same experiment to conduct, and conducting it under the exact same conditions, repeatedly kept coming up with entirely different outcomes. What they found out was pretty amazing. The outcome became whatever the scientist conducting the experiment expected, or thought it would be. In other words, it became predictable.

Ok, so what does this mean for us? Well, if everything in our world is energy and we are all made of the same stuff; particles of energy, and predictable outcome is determined by the observer, and we have the ability to influence the observer, then we really are the directors, the creators, of our reality. We are in charge of directing this power to do anything, be anything we choose. What we think will happen happens!

A thought in this substance produces the thing that is imaged by the\r thought. A person can form things in his thought, and by impressing his\r thought upon formless substance can cause the thing he thinks about to be\r created.

Its important to know that The Law of Attraction is impartial. If we have a thought, no matter what it may be, and we think it repeatedly and over time, it will manifest in our lives. The Law of Attraction is always working. For instance, you have the thought I cant deal with all this stress in my life and the Universe, like the genie in the bottle, sees to it that that which you focus on with emotion is yours. So what do you get, more stress. Or you think I will never get out of this debt, and because thoughts become things, you never really seem able to become financially free. It is as if you are stuck, in a holding pattern that you cannot get out of. Until you change your thoughts. This can be done with a just shift in your awareness. The following are 5 ways you can set the Law of Attraction into motion in your life today:

1) DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT.

Be specific about the details. Write it out. Find pictures that resonate with you. Use words and phrases, post them around your house or office. Send away for brochures or more information. Define goals as precisely as possible.

2) DECIDE YOU DESERVE IT.

Focus on why you deserve it, then make it a knowing. Purpose behind your intention will attract it quickly into you life.

3) BELIEVE IT IS ON ITS WAY.

The more realistic your desire becomes the faster you pull it toward you. Step into it as if it has already manifested. Speak as if it is in the process of happening.

4) BE GRATEFUL.

Gratitude shifts your attitude and your awareness. It clears your mind of useless worry and excessive clutter. Direct focus of gratitude keeps you from being impatient or negative. Focus on all the good that is already in your life and more will be added to you.

5) ALLOW YOUR DESIRE IN.

You must be a vibrational match to what you desire. Stay up, open, positive, excited happy. Trust the process of life. Keep a hopeful perspective. Know that the good you desire is yours. Take action when something presents itself and soon you will have created it.

The Law Of Attraction is not new, nor is it a secret. Avatars throughout the ages have taught this knowledge. It is being made available again and is now more mainstream than ever. In a makeover rush to improve my attraction level, Ive had haircuts that left me looking like a little old man; makeup experiments that gave me allergic rashes and swollen eyes; and eyebrow waxes that took not only the stray hairs, but enough skin with them to leave me with scabs. Some makeovers can leave you wishing you looked almost as good as you used to.

Makeovers are a fine idea that can give you an energy boost, and can provide the kind of pampered self care that you deserve. However, make a plan that includes some of the following precautions and ideas:

1. Healthy habits

The first makeover step to improve what you have is to eat well, drink lots of water, and exercise at least three times a week. If you are not used to working out, start slow. Exercise is not only healthy for your body, it gives you energy and releases endorphins that infuse you with a great sense of well-being. If you find that you dont exercise by yourself, join a gym, get to the Y, or find a walking buddy. Move.

2. Hair cuts

An immediate improvement to how you look can come from a new haircut. Never get a radical hair cut right before a first date with someone OR after a major breakup. If the hair cut is a disaster, at least you wont have two traumas to deal with. Wait at least two months, and if your mind feels clear, then go for it.

3. Wardrobe

Makeovers often include a change in clothing style. If you dont have the funds for a new wardrobe, then make sure the clothes that you have fit you well. If you have gained or lost weight, you need some basics that are flattering. It is hard to feel attractive in a pair of slacks that are too baggy or too tight. Take a few clothes to the tailor and add some accent pieces for a new wardrobe feel.

4. Know what looks good

How to improve your look depends on how you pay attention to what you are wearing on the days you get compliments. Analyze why. If or when you do have money for a new wardrobe, remember what styles and colors you look good in.

5. Preparation to meet someone

Makeovers can help you ALWAYS be prepared to meet Mr. or Miss Right. You never know when you are going to find someone interesting right around the corner. Women should try to have their hair combed, lipstick on, and be wearing something flattering. Guys should remember that women like men who smell good (but not heavy scents), have their nails trimmed, and who are nicely dressed (but with no dandruff dusting their shoulders).

6. Pampering

If makeover indulgence is at issue with your budget, check out your local beauty school or massage school for bargain priced services. A hair cut, hair color, massage, manicure, pedicure, or facial will be a lot less expensive in this setting.

Makeovers should be well planned to insure you get the maximum benefit from your investment. Your goal is to look good, feel good, and have new energy. Exterior changes need to be combined with the interior work of building your self esteem. Together, they can complement each other. When you feel attractive, you attract good things into your life.

Do you know how to attract what you want? When you go out, do people approach you and want to talk? Or do you feel invisible? Are you confused about how some folks have no trouble attracting whom and what they want effortlessly?

Where they were once looking dragged down by the weight of their life, they begin to look lighter, energetic, and bouyant.

*Being present

The \”IT Factor\” requires that wherever you go, you are there. When you have \”IT\”, you enjoy yourself whether you are in a small town or a big city; working or playing; socializing or staying at home alone. 5 Reasons Your Thoughts Will Create The Reality You Do Not Desire

We all create our own realities. This is a statement that a few years ago I thought was kind of odd. I thought, If I am creating my own reality I am not doing a very good job of it. You see I was working 50-60 hours a week and was never happy. I never had enough money, was never home, pretty much miserable. It wasn\’t until I got involved with Internet Marketing that I found how true and powerful that statement really is. This is not an article about Internet Marketing, that was just to mention how I came to learn that we really do create our own reality. In this article I will go over 5 reasons your thoughts will create the reality you do not want.

We are constantly told since childhood \”just think positive.\” That is certainly true but is only half true. You see when you go around thinking positive all day, its like riding a 2 wheel bicycle with only one wheel. Nothing gets accomplished. You basically go around all day hoping that everything will come out ok. You say to your self as long as I think positive everything will be fine. One key to positive thinking is that you have to actually believe and know that everything will be and is fine. This does not happen overnight, you have to really change your whole way of thinking and being. Your subconscious thoughts can be stronger than your conscious ones. Until you learn how to turn your negative thoughts into positive ones you will not be able to begin to create what you desire.

Being impatient will also cause you to create an undesired reality. When you are just beginning to learn the Law Of Attraction and how to create what you desire you tend to be impatient. You want to see the results quickly. You focus on your desires for a few days and feel that you should see changes in the next few days or weeks. When those changes do not come when you expect them you start to have doubts. Doubt is a form of negative energy. What happens is energy attracts energy. Positive energy will attract positive, and negative energy will attract negative. When you start to have negative thoughts then you start to attract negative energy weather you are aware of it or not.

Predicting your outcome as to when and how your desires will manifest will also create a reality that you do not desire. The only way that you will achieve what you desire is when you allow it to happen. Unlike the infinite nature of the universe our conscious minds are not infinite. We tend to predict or determine if you will, what our outcomes will be. This actually works against you because instead of allowing your desires to manifest you try to control them.

What I mean by controlling in the paragraph above is that you are letting your emotions be controlled by what is going on around you. This is when you really start to have doubts that you can actually create what you desire. As we are growing up we are told what we can and cannot do. There are always obstacles being put up so that we are limited to what we can achieve. This is how we have been trained. This is what we settle for. This is the exact way of thinking that will keep you from creating your desired reality If you let your emotions be controlled by what is going on around you that is what will be created weather it is good or bad.

What I touched on briefly in the last paragraph are the beliefs that are instilled in us since childhood. These are the beliefs that control our emotions. For instance if you are wanting to attract a brand new expensive car, and you have this little voice inside of you that says, \”That car is too expensive I will never be able to afford it\”. Well guess what, that is exactly true. You have just taken your positive desire that you want to create and totally disqualified it with the negative thought of not being able to afford it. So the outcome of this act of creating what you desired will be that you will not get the car. You have essentially put a positive and a negative together and created more of what ever the majority of your emotions are. Weather they be positive or negative. So by following your limited beliefs that you can only accomplish so much then that is exactly what you will create. More of what you already have or a limited amount of what you desire.

As you can see you can make you current situation worst or better depending on how you control your emotions. You want to be positive in your thinking, but you also need to have the belief that everything is and will be fine. You also never want to predict or determine when you will realize your desired outcome. This will only have you being led by your emotions. And your emotions, if you let them be controlled by your limited belief that you cannot actually create your desired reality. Then guess what, you won\’t.

Moving Past Fear

Your alarm clock rings in the morning. You roll out of bed and begin to get ready for work. Your stomach begins to get tight as you contemplate another day at a job you don\’t really enjoy. You leave the house in a rush. There\’s traffic. You now know you will be late for work. You stress about what your colleagues might say. You eventually get to your job. You have a lot of tasks to complete and feel overwhelmed. You want to ask your boss for help, but fear he\’ll take it as a sign you\’re being lazy. You keep quiet instead, and go about your work, burning through your to-do list but never feeling like you\’ve actually accomplished anything. Lunchtime comes. You know you should eat healthy, but the angst of the day has you feeling down, so you decide on fast food. You aren\’t feeling great about your body, and you\’re afraid your boyfriend is going to find someone more attractive and that you will lose your relationship. The afternoon at work quiets down, but now you\’re bored. You\’re job is unfulfilling, and you know you should be doing something more in alignment with your dreams and values. But you just aren\’t confident you could make it without a steady paycheck. You leave work and head home. People seem like they\’re driving crazy, and you have this sudden uneasiness you could get into an accident. You make it home safely and collect your mail from the mailbox. One of your neighbors who you don\’t know very well makes small talk. You try saying something creative and funny, but it comes out sounding silly. You worry what you\’re neighbor will think about you now. You go inside, walk upstairs, and turn on the television. Another bombing, this time on a train. You don\’t know how you\’ll ever travel into the city again, the world being the terrifying place it is today. Your boyfriend doesn\’t call that night. Who is he with, you wonder? It starts to storm right before you go to bed. Thunder and lightning. Lightning has always scared you. You drift off into an uncomfortable, sporadic sleep…

The previous scenario might be an exaggeration of someone\’s typical day, but the ideas it expresses are very real. Fear. We all experience it. We all feel it. But how come some people deal with it better than others? How come some people go about their lives care-free and adventurous, while others live with constant anxiety and stress? And perhaps the biggest question of all: How can we learn to manage our fears, and even overcome them?

Bear in mind, for this discussion, we\’re not talking about the kind of fear which can serve us well for survival (i.e. if we\’re standing at the edge of a cliff, we have a self-preservation instinct that kicks in and tells us not to jump), but the more subtle fears that can derail a life from reaching fulfillment.

So let\’s begin by looking at a concept that you may or may not believe true for your own life. What if you knew that you would survive your own death? That\’s right, what if you knew for sure you would never die? How would you live your life with this knowledge? What power would all your fears hold then? Would you take more chances? Would you pursue your dreams no matter what? Would you live with more ease and confidence, knowing that \’the end\’ wasn\’t really the end?

All interesting questions, if we really knew we\’d be around forever. But let\’s also consider the other side of the coin. Say you\’re a skeptic, and not one to believe in life-after-death. You\’re more the type that thinks when we\’re gone, we\’re gone - buried in dirt, no longer conscious, only blackness, and there\’s nothing more. Okay, so if that\’s the case, and when we die that\’s really \’it,\’ then what are you so afraid of in this lifetime? You\’d think this type of person would live it up, take risks, do everything they could before the lights went out, right? So what stops us all?

Fear.

We\’re afraid. Afraid of the dark. Afraid of ghosts. Of getting hurt. Of how we appear to others. Whether we\’re smart enough, tall enough, pretty enough - in a word, good enough. Maybe it comes down to our feeling inadequate in some way. Perhaps that\’s the key to it all. Maybe if we felt confident in every area, secure in every moment, we wouldn\’t fear anymore. The problem is we\’re all human beings, with human pasts and experiences - and real human frailties that we deal with throughout our earthly existence.

So here we are, right now. We\’re in this moment. How do we go from living the way we used to live to a more empowering life of true freedom and choice? How do we turn our fears into allies, or even better, eliminate them entirely?

Some would believe it starts with acceptance. Of ourselves. Of life. Of the universe, and the way things truly are. Realizing we are spiritual beings in a physical body. That we don\’t control the world, but are part of the collective whole. That we don\’t always need to be right, look good, be perfect. That we are on a journey. That our mistakes are important stepping-stones to who we are today, and what we will become tomorrow.

The point is we must understand it is up to us to take responsibility for our own lives. We must shed the crippling thought that we are victims of a cruel world, that we are at the mercy of forces which are all greater than us. We must finally believe that while we don\’t control everything that happens in the world, we do control our thoughts, our perceptions, our reactions about what transpires. This idea in itself is so completely empowering, if only we fully grasped its power.

Another idea worth considering is that of \’Universal Oneness.\’ Simply put, this means we\’re all connected. That people, things, events - everything - happens in divine rhythm with all other things in the universe. Consider this example: You\’re driving down the highway, and you decide to change lanes. Now was that simple move just some random act which will ultimately have no effect on anyone or anything else? Or did your changing lanes set into motion a chain of events which will literally reach out and alter the course of the entire universe?

Let\’s explore this example a bit further. You change lanes. This forces the car in the other lane to pay attention as you switch into her lane. She steps on her brake as a result of your \’random\’ move. Her stepping on the brake causes the car behind her to miss the light it would have made. The person who just missed the light picks up their cell phone, calls their spouse to say they\’re running late. The spouse decides she now has time to go shopping for a few extra items for dinner. She is out driving to the supermarket and inadvertently cuts off another driver. She waves in apology. Anyway, it turns out the other driver is New York Yankee, Derek Jeter. He\’s a bit frazzled by nearly having his car hit, but continues on to Yankee Stadium. He has an off night, goes 0 for 4, and the Yankees lose a close game, 3-2.

Now this may seem far-fetched, but really stop to think about it. Did that original person, who initially changed lanes, effect the outcome of the Yankees game? Might Derek Jeter have gotten a key hit had he arrived at the ballpark a minute earlier (or later), or had he not experienced the close call during his own drive to the stadium? Our first response might be, no way, that\’s really stretching things. But when you dissect the example, and consider that every action we take (in fact, every thought we think) has an effect on our world, it becomes a lot more plausible than first imagined.

So how does this relate to overcoming our fears? By understanding we\’re all part of a holistic universe, that we\’re all interconnected, that we all make similar mistakes on our journeys, we can start to release the ego part of us that constantly thinks we\’re \’outside\’ the rest of the world, that we\’re \’different,\’ that we\’re the only ones feeling a certain way. Truth is, our road is everyone\’s road. Our path effects everyone. And everyone else\’s path effects us. And the \’grand path,\’ the one that started with One Universal Mind, ultimately leads to the same place. And we\’re all going there. So what is there at all to be afraid of?

Which leads to another concept which will be discussed here, and that is the idea of \’flow.\’ When you are in the flow of the universe, your life runs smoothly, synchronicities occur seemingly without much effort. And perhaps most important of all, your well-being is no longer determined by external events. What goes on \’out there,\’ in the material world, unfolds according to a master plan. When you allow yourself into the flow, even the most traumatic events become more understandable and manageable, because everything occurs as part of something much greater than ourselves. Again, you cease feeling like a victim of circumstances unraveling around you, and instead, become an active participant in the (yes, sometimes roller coaster) ride we call life. We learn to live as part of life, rather than fearing what will happen to us as a result of life.

Finally, what discussion about fear would be complete without mention of the ultimate human fear - the fear of death. We touched on it earlier, but what if you knew you wouldn\’t die? How would you live your life differently? While these words are not intended as a definitive argument for the theory of life-after-death, ponder this: It has been said (if not ultimately proven by quantum physics) that the idea of time as we know it does not actually exist. As humans, we perceive that time is passing (i.e. we look at our watch, and the hours change, the days, weeks, etc). In this model, when enough time passes, we will eventually \’run out of time\’ - or in other words, time will expire and we will die. However, quantum physics suggests it is not actually time which is passing (moving), rather it is we who are passing (moving) through time. To explore this, look at a clock. Say it reads 2:53. When the clock changes to 2:54, are you really any different (i.e. older)? Or are you exactly the same person you were a minute ago, just experiencing another moment of your passage (movement) through time. Think about what this means. Perhaps we aren\’t really getting older (it\’s been said that the soul of an eighty-year-old is the same \’age\’ as the soul of a sixteen-year-old), maybe that\’s just our own limited perception of a universe more vast than we ever imagined. Also, if we accept the idea that we are passing through time (and events), rather than time passing, is our death really inevitable? Perhaps we pass right through \’death\’ as well, and continue on our soul journey.

What does that idea do to your fears?

Of course, as with most subjective matter, there aren\’t any right or wrong answers here. Just lots of good questions. And that\’s the beauty of being human. We can choose to ask ourselves the questions we want, and answer them in the way that best serves our purpose. Ultimately, we can choose to live any way we desire. We just need to keep our minds, hearts, and senses open to the myriad of possibilities along the way.

Life Is What You Make It

There are certain things in life you have absolutely no control over (eg the weather, the situation in the Middle East, the thoughts and actions of others)…however there are many more things you do have control over.

These are the really important things - they\’re the things that determine your outcome in life. Every experience or circumstance is a stimulus. Society has programmed us to respond automatically to various stimuli, so that without thinking, we, for instance, become angry, hurt or upset when someone says something \’wrong\’ or acts in a certain way. Or we feel we\’re \’in love\’ when someone says or acts in a certain way towards us.

The problem with these automatic responses is that they make you subject to external forces. When you say \’he made me angry\’, you\’re giving \’him\’ power over you.

Truth is, nobody can have any power over you unless you give it to them.

You\’ve got more power within you than you ever thought possible. Your greatest power is your power to choose your thoughts and emotions. Happiness is not something \’out there\’ for you to pursue. It\’s a choice you make, and when you make that choice, you act accordingly, and then the feelings follow.

Letting your emotions control you subjects you to being influenced by the weaknesses of others.\r Letting circumstances or situations determine your emotions makes you a victim in life, not a victor.

Your thoughts determine your feelings/emotions. Your emotions determine your behaviour/actions. Your actions determine your results in life. Therefore, if you seek phenomenal, outstanding success, program yourself with thoughts that empower you and propel you in the direction of your dreams.

Choose emotions that serve you, not ones that keep you down or hold you back.

Take control, true control, of your life. You cannot do anything about the behaviours and words of others, but you can do everything about your own behaviours and words.

Between stimulus and (your) response, lies CHOICE.
